WHAT IS A
MIRACLE HOME?

The RE/MAX Miracle Home and Miracle Property programs are unique to RE/MAX agents. Listing your home as a Miracle Home means that your RE/MAX agent pledges to make a donation to our local CMN Hospital – insert your local CMN Hospital name here – after the property transaction closes.

WHERE DO THE DONATION FUNDS GO?

Donations stay local. Your RE/MAX agent’s contribution will go to your local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, which will use the funding where they need it most – equipment, research, or charitable care.

VANN EDWARDS, AGE 6

Considering Vann was born at 25 weeks gestation weighing just 1 pound, 13 ounces, it’s remarkable he was able to go home on his due date. After 103 days in the NICU, little “Vannimal” had experienced more than most people endured in a lifetime, and his parents were changed, too.

CMN Hospitals dollars helped fund an expansion that more than doubled the neonatal intensive care unit where Vann was treated, and also provided Giraffe OmniBeds and vital equipment that helped him thrive.
